The kids had a great time "hunting" for egg's. We attended church and then had dinner at my Sister's home, it was nice.

I love Easter. It is by far my favorite holiday, even over Christmas. I love the renewal that happens to the earth, and to our lives. We are reminded that all that has died and gone dormant is just waiting to "live" again, just waiting for this time of year. I am not surprised that the Easter season happens to be at this time of renewal, there is a spiritual nature to spring, a literal lifting of the soul and a "second  wind" from the long dark winter.
